Insecure As F*ck Live Podcast 

I don't quite remember why or when I fell in love with the middle of the week. Maybe, it stared when I was in college and working full-time. I was always off on Wednesday's so I chose never to select any classes that day because I was going to enjoy my day off ya hear me! Give me some breathing room. Sigh..so since Wednesday is my favorite day of the week it's only right to pay homage and create weekly content. It will include a variety of everything I love. Happy Monday! Monday’s are usually hated by most. Dragging your feet and dreading the week ahead. Trust me, I feel ya. However, the most important days are those that you don’t feel like waking up or accomplishing any of your goals. These days teach you & help you push to reach that goal. It also teaches the importance of the hustle. How you start your week sets the tone for the days ahead. Get up and get it! It’ll be worth it.

Focus. Focus on the bigger picture not just what's in front of you right now. That's all that been on my mind lately & honestly I don't mind. I wrote down a note for myself that I wake up to each morning. It simply says, "Remember to do it for yourself!" This daily reminder helps to keep me focused on my journey & goals. It also motivates me to keep pushing myself each day. Whether I want to or not. Mind over matter.
